This scheme is for the students who secured 90% or more marks in the previous year’s examinations (12th/ diploma/ under graduation) and going to take admitted in under graduation or post-graduation courses

Epass Karnataka Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
There are three types of scholarship present in the Epass Karnataka scholarship scheme. The eligibility criteria for each type of scholarship scheme are presented below in the following table:-

To apply for the Epass Karnataka scholarship you have to follow the following application steps:-

- Look under the option called “Student Zone”
- Click on your desired scholarship.
- Fill all the details carefully
- Upload the required documents
- Click on the Submit button.
- Take a printout of the application form.
- Send the application form along with the attested copies of each document to the concerned district Taluk Office before the due date.

- Select “Application Status” from the dropdown list.
- Login by your credentials.

Hostel Application Status
To check your hostel application status you need to follow the simple steps given below:-
- Click On the Official Website.
- Click on the “Student Services” option.
- Select “Hostel Application Status” from the dropdown list.
- Enter Application no. and date of birth.
- Click on the “Get Status” link.
Check Report
- Go to the official website of Epass Karnataka.
- Now from the homepage, select the Report option.
- A new page will be displayed.
- The page will have all the reports like:

- Course group wise report
- Course wise report
- Select any of the options and get the details .
Download Pratibha Acknowledge
To download your Pratibha acknowledgement you need to follow the simple steps given below:-

- Select “Pratibha Acknowledgement” from the dropdown list.
- Fill the details.
- Click on the “Download Acknowledgment” button.
